Business Hours:

Our business hours are from 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday.  We will open on weekends on a pre-arranged overtime basis.

 

Terms:

Open accounts are net 30 days from the date of invoice. A 2% charge will be assessed on past due accounts.  Non-charge customers will be C.O.D. and may be subject to a 50% deposit.  There is a minimum of $7.50 per order.  We accept Visa and MasterCard.  Precision is not responsible for work left over 30 days.  Prices subject to change without notice.

 

Scheduling:

All times noted are in-house schedules for reasonable quantities and do not include pick-up and delivery.  Please note, our cutoff time is 4:00pm for all orders except film processing, not including proofs.  Orders received after 4:00pm will be scheduled the following business day according to your request for either normal or rush service and all charges will be assessed as such.

 

Overtime Service:

Overtime charges (except for film processing) are $50.00 per person, per hour on weeknights beginning at 4:00pm, $75.00 per person, per hour on Saturdays and $90.00 per person, per hour on Sundays and holidays.  Minimum overtime charge on Saturdays is $400.00 and $450.00 on Sundays and holidays in addition to normal price list charges.  All overtime must be pre-arranged.

 

Pick-up and Delivery:

We will pick-up and deliver via our cell phone dispatched cars from Monday through Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm for the Chicagoland area.  An $8.50 each way fee will be applied to all orders in our delivery area.  Pick-up and delivery service beyond our service area is available at current commercial messenger rates.

 

Liabilities:

Submitting any film, print, slide negative or digital media to Precision for processing or print constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by our company or agents, even due to negligence or other fault of Precision or our agents, will only entitle you to a credit of like amount of unexposed film and processing or blank digital media.  Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print, slide, negative or digital media is without any other warranty or liability, and recovery of any incidental or consequential damages are excluded.

 

Copyright:

All materials presented to Precision are hereby warranted that the customer owns the copyright.  In the event that the customer does not own the copyright, they must have legal written authority to use or reproduce said materials.  Furthermore, the customer agrees to indemnify and holds Precision faultless for any costs incurred for the use and reproduction of any materials presented.

 

Sales Tax:

All orders delivered in the state of Illinois will be charged the current sales tax unless we receive a copy of your Sales Tax exemption certificate.
